DaVita is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our team in League City, Texas. As a Nurse in our outpatient dialysis center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for a Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care in an intimate outpatient setting. As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients who are dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Your expertise and empathy will be invaluable in helping our patients navigate their treatment plans and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
  • Work closely with our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the state of Texas
  • Experience in nephrology or dialysis care is preferred but not required
