We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative II/Mortgage Professional to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a key member of our call center, you will engage with lenders, banking/mortgage institutions, and consumers to provide expert guidance on HUD FHA and reverse mortgages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Answer questions and provide information on mortgage products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of residential mortgage servicing experience
- Two - four years of college or equivalent work experience
- Two years of customer service experience or contact/call center experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic PC skills (including MS Office) and the ability to effectively navigate a computer Customer Relationship Management application
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of $15.92 + $4.54 per hour Health & Welfare Stipend
