Position Summary

As a Deep Cleaning Technician, you will report directly to the Account Director and oversee the cleaning and maintenance services of a designated area, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints while upholding company and client quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Performing thorough cleaning of floors, carpets, and surfaces utilizing appropriate tools and cleaning agents.
  • Sanitizing frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and countertops to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Eliminating tough stains, dirt, and grime from various surfaces through specialized methods.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and kitchen areas to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Safely and efficiently operating cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, and pressure washers.
  • Adhering to established cleaning protocols and safety regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Effectively communicating with clients and team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and address specific needs or concerns.
