  • Business Development Skills: Proven track record in business development within the engineering or construction sectors, showcasing your ability to identify new opportunities and secure clients.
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated capacity to lead and motivate a team of engineers and consultants, ensuring high standards in project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Project Management Expertise: Extensive experience in managing complex projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying intricate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily office-based duties, requiring prolonged periods of sitting.
