About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Division Administrative Assistant to join our team at Six Flags. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process requisitions and purchase orders for the Maintenance, Operations, and Loss Prevention Divisions
  • Manage files and maintain accurate records of all requisitions and purchase orders
  • Process invoices and payroll for the Maintenance Division
  • Work with Human Resources to ensure open positions are posted correctly
  • Interview and select new seasonal hires for crews
  • Handle all paperwork for seasonal associates, including training records, transfers, and terminations
  • Assist with planning and execution of division activities, including Maintenance Appreciation Week and other events
  • Complete weekly uptime reporting for the General Manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Obtain Notary Certification within the first year of employment
  • Excellent computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of associates, vendors, and government agencies in a professional manner
