Job Overview
About the Role: As a Treatment Specialist with Management and Training Corporation, you will play a vital part in helping individuals overcome addiction. This role involves providing didactic education and Life Skill classes to clients, ensuring they have the tools needed to break the cycle of addiction.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver educational sessions according to designated curricula within programs as needed.
  • Present Life Skill classes to assist clients with basic education on these topics.
  • Guide and assist clients in complying with facility rules and regulations.
  • Supervise client work functions in accordance with program policies.

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited senior high school, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • An Associate's degree in psychology, sociology, counseling, social work, criminal justice, or education is preferred.
  • Related experience is a plus.
