Commercial Property Law Specialist

EIG14T is seeking a talented Commercial Property Law Specialist to join our legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing real estate documents, conducting research, and providing support to our General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare drafts of purchase agreements, leases, easements, restrictive covenants, escrow agreements, development agreements, and construction agreements.
- Review title documents and surveys to identify potential title issues and prepare Title Issues Checklists and Title Objection Letters.
- Assist the General Counsel in preparing and updating a library of legal forms, reviewing company contracts, and performing other legal projects as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- A JD degree, licensed to practice law, and in good standing in at least one state.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
