Title: Director of Insurance Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Insurance Operations Property & Casualty to lead and optimize the operational functions of our growing insurance agency. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless delivery of services, streamline processes, and drive business growth while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all insurance lines to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow, productivity, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set operational goals and monitor progress against KPIs.
  • Manage and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
  • Evaluate and refine internal policies, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
  • Lead projects to implement technology solutions that improve operational performance.
  • Partner with sales and service teams to ensure alignment on client needs and business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance operations or management.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of personal and commercial insurance lines.
  • Expertise in process improvement, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
