We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to join our team at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital, a 380-bed acute-care hospital. As a CNC, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit.

Your Role

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with admission and discharge processes.
  • Providing coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Partnering with subject matter experts and leadership teams to support improved outcomes and service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • An Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications within 30 days of employment.
