HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is a 380-bed acute-care hospital located on the Treasure Coast. We offer a full range of services, including labor/delivery, pediatrics, orthopedics, oncology, nuclear medicine, adult and pediatric emergency services, and diagnostic services.

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN PCU to join our team at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital's Heart Institute. As an Intensive Care Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients requiring cardiac and medical-surgical interventions.
- Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider.
- Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitors response.
- Maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- FL RN Licensure, or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements)
- Associate's Degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred
- Current BLS & ACLS Certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- 1 year or more RN Acute care experience preferred
