Job Overview

Connvertex Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled Front End Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the user interface and user experience of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React and other front-end technologies.
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration with back-end systems and APIs.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality front-end code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes.
  • Work closely with our design team to ensure that our web applications meet the highest standards of user experience and visual design.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and web application development.
  • Knowledge of front-end build tools such as Webpack and Babel.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Figma and other design tools.
  • Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based services.
  • Experience with Storybook and other front-end testing tools.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $64.
  • A 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
  • A hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days onsite in Wyomissing, PA.
