Schedule:
Full Time - Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Medication Management:**
- Oversee the verification of medication orders, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide medication therapy management services.

2. **Patient Care:**
- Engage in consultative services, including pharmacokinetic evaluations and anticoagulation management.
- Provide education to patients and healthcare providers regarding medication safety and therapy.

3. **Pharmacy Operations:**
- Ensure the integrity and security of medications across all care settings.
- Participate in the training and development of pharmacy staff, including technicians and interns.

4. **Quality Assurance:**
- Contribute to quality and safety initiatives related to medication use.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy is required.
- Completion of a PGY-1 residency or three years of hospital experience is required.
- Must hold a valid Registered Pharmacist license upon hire.

Physical Demands:
Position requires frequent standing, walking, and talking, with occasional sitting and reaching.

Working Environment:
Exposure to occupational hazards is occasional, necessitating adherence to safety protocols.
