Shipping and Logistics Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shipping/General Laborer to join our team at Kelly. As a Shipping/General Laborer, you will be responsible for packaging finished goods for shipping, following standards and procedures for counting and packing parts to ensure accuracy and safety, loading box trucks for optimal floor space usage and safe arrival of products, and assisting in keeping the driveway and outside storage clean, organized, and safe.
Key Responsibilities- Packaging finished goods for shipping
- Following standards and procedures for counting and packing parts to ensure accuracy and safety
- Loading box trucks for optimal floor space usage and safe arrival of products
- Assisting in keeping the driveway and outside storage clean, organized, and safe
- Lifting 50-75 lbs
- Experience wrapping pallets with stretch film and/or shrink wrap
- Ability to move pallets by pallet jack
- Experience using various power tools
- Effective communication with supervisors and coworkers
- Good basic math skills (addition & subtraction)
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work efficiently with speed, urgency, and attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb a step ladder, reach, and perform repetitive hand and finger movements
- Ability to work in cold or hot temperatures in a plant environment
- Availability to work overtime after 3:30 p.m. as needed for scheduled after-hours
