Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Manage the wait list, ensuring that guests are informed and updated on wait times
  • Communicate guest concerns to management, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
  • Assist fellow team members as needed, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
