- Open and maintain deposit accounts and services, as well as safe deposit box accounts, to meet customer needs.
- Conduct loan interviews and decision loans within established guidelines, when applicable, to provide customers with tailored financial solutions.
- Interact with customers to determine their needs and referral opportunities, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Comply with state and federal laws, as well as bank policies and procedures, to maintain a compliant and secure work environment.
- Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to provide customers with expert advice and guidance.
- Resolve customer questions and problems in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Associate's degree or equivalent education/work experience.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
- Supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Proven interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Familiarity with Windows operating system, with the ability to navigate and utilize various software applications.
