Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at PeaceHealth United General Medical Center in Sedro Woolley, Washington. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized CT procedures, integrating medical knowledge and technical skills with effective patient interaction to provide quality patient care and accurate diagnostic information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT procedures, adapting to patient needs and ensuring optimal image quality.
  • Collaborate with interpreting physicians and ordering physicians to determine the most appropriate examination.
  • Provide patient education and instruction prior to and after examination.
  • Operate CT scanner for data acquisition, reconstruction, and documentation of images.
  • Ensure radiation safety for patients, visitors, and staff.
Requirements
  • Accredited School of Radiologic Technology required.
  • ARRT - Radiography certification required at time of hire.
  • Washington state Radiologic Technologist licensure required at time of hire.
  • Recent CT experience preferred.
  • Advanced CT certification required within 1 year of hire.
  • BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required at time of hire.
