Job Summary
As a Finishing Operator at Resource Label Group, you will be responsible for setting up and operating commercial label inspector machines, ensuring high-quality production and performing visual quality control. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $52,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including paid time off, comprehensive medical coverage, and 401(k) matching.

Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate commercial label inspector machines, ensuring high-quality production
* Perform visual quality control, detecting irregularities and defects
* Work closely with Press Supervisors and Team Leads to receive job assignments and read specifications
* Review job jackets to ensure all finishing, packaging, and shipping requirements are met

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months related experience and/or training preferred
* One year of experience in manufacturing, printing, or packaging industry
* Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move equipment as needed
