Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or in the process of obtaining licensure
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to provide skilled occupational therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders
  • Assessment of patient needs, planning, and evaluation of care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient

About the Position:
