Responsibilities
  • Unpack and inspect pathology specimens to ensure proper labeling and accuracy
  • Register specimens in the Lab Information System (LIS) and distribute them to the appropriate laboratory section
  • Continuously gain knowledge of specimens and their adequacy for testing
  • Work collaboratively with laboratory staff to ensure seamless specimen processing
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical or laboratory setting
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced laboratory environment
