As a Property Upkeep Coordinator at Sunridge Management, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties. This includes grounds upkeep, trash removal, routine maintenance, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily trash removal and recycling duties
• Maintain the appearance of our properties through grounds upkeep and cleaning
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks, such as painting and repairs
• Clean common areas, including the pool, mail room, and office spaces
• Assist with 'make-ready' duties, including preparing vacant apartments for new residents
• Perform minor repairs and replacements, including fixing windows and screens

Requirements:
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $58,000 per year
