We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team at Penndel Mental Health Center. As a Case Manager, you will work with individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions, providing case management services to those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness. Life experience is preferred, but not required.
This is a full-time position that offers medical, dental, and vision insurance. If you are passionate about working with individuals with mental health conditions, we encourage you to apply.
