Immediate Requirement for a Home Services Installation Apprentice

Key Responsibilities

Installation apprentices assist lead installers in executing projects in accordance with contractual and regulatory standards. The apprentice may be assigned to various departments on any given day (plumbing, generators, or HVAC). This role offers a pathway to advance to positions such as lead installation technician, service technician, or administrative roles.

Additional Duties

  • Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, the parts department, and the installation crew.
  • Assist the warehouse in delivering equipment and parts to ensure timely project completion.
  • Be available for on-call duties as needed.
  • Present a clean and professional appearance to foster customer confidence.
  • Maintain a clean driving record, as driving company vehicles is required.
  • Ensure proper certifications for handling refrigerants are maintained.
  • Engage in training programs to enhance professional development.
