Key Responsibilities

Installation apprentices support lead installers in executing projects in accordance with contractual and regulatory standards. The apprentice may be assigned to assist in various departments on any given day (plumbing, generators, or HVAC). This role provides opportunities for advancement to lead installation technician, service technician, or administrative positions.

Additional Duties

  • Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, the parts department, and the installation crew.
  • Assist the warehouse in delivering equipment and parts to ensure timely project completion.
  • Be available for on-call duties as needed.
  • Uphold a clean and professional appearance to foster customer confidence.
  • Maintain a clean driving record as you will be operating company vehicles.
  • Ensure proper certifications for handling refrigerants are up to date.
  • Engage in training to enhance your professional development.

This role requires mechanical aptitude, a customer-focused mindset, and a desire for career advancement.
