Inpatient Therapist Pool Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Therapist II to join our Inpatient Services team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Therapist II, you will play a vital role in providing direct social services to patients and their families, working in an acute care setting that includes partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and facilitate all direct social services to patients and their families assigned.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop the plan of care for patients.
- Provide therapeutic treatment services in individual, group, and family settings.
- Advocate for and support patients in achieving positive outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
- In-training as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-IT), Marriage and Family Therapist Training License (MFT-TL), or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of therapeutic intervention and techniques for all age groups.
- American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Formal training in managing aggressive patients required within 60 days of hire.
