Competitive hourly rates starting at $16.00/hour.

This role involves both office and field duties. The ideal candidate should have a flexible schedule, as this position may occasionally require overtime in addition to a regular schedule. Generous overtime opportunities are expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing, directing, and ensuring the safety and security of personnel and property.
  • Conducting routine patrols to identify any irregularities.
  • Maintaining order and enforcing site rules and regulations for both staff and visitors.

Qualified Security Officers must meet the following general and physical requirements:

General Requirements:

  • Commissioned Security Guard License (Level 3)
  • Must be at least 24 years old to apply (REQUIRED)
  • Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card is REQUIRED
  • Possession of a valid Texas driver's license
  • Eligibility for employment based on background checks, including criminal history, clean driving record, and health/drug screening
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Professional appearance is essential.
  • Must have an active phone.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Familiarity with military time.
  • Experience with Microsoft Systems (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Physical Requirements:

  • Full vision capability
  • Ability to walk up stairways
  • Capable of walking long distances
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Sitting for prolonged durations
  • Lifting, pushing, and pulling weights of 25+ lbs.
