Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
  • Helping residents with mobility and positioning
  • Transporting residents as needed
  • Responding promptly to resident calls
  • Monitoring, reporting, and reacting to changes in resident conditions
  • Documenting care in the resident's electronic health record
  • Participating in required training and educational sessions
  • Assisting residents during meal times
Qualifications Required:
  • Ohio State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
  • Strong documentation abilities, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous
  • Proven work history with excellent attendance and reliability
  • A positive demeanor and a genuine passion for working with the elderly
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion for those in need of care
