About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Apple Rehab Cromwell, a 74-bed skilled nursing community in Central Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide nursing functions as directed, including perineal care and vital sign measurements
  • Document personal care given and report changes in residents' condition to supervisors
  • Respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
  • No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills
