Shively Motors Inc is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to provide exceptional service to our customers. This full-time role will involve hands-on work in automotive service, repair, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and service repairs on various vehicles
- Examine vehicles for potential hazards, defects, and wear to identify necessary repairs
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical components on automotive vehicles
- Inspect, test, adjust, repair, and service vehicles to ensure optimal performance
- Communicate findings and required repairs with Service Managers
- Order, stock, and manage parts and supplies necessary for repairs
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service, repair, and diagnostics
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to proficiently use hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive service and repair equipment
