Requirements

To succeed in this travel healthcare position, you will need:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience: We prefer candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Graduate from an accredited school: A degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Certifications: Depending on facility requirements, certifications may be necessary.
  • Physical abilities: You must be able to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
  • Communication and collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration with physicians and other healthcare team members are essential.
  • Patient care: You will provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members.
  • Medication administration: Administer medications as ordered with proper documentation.
  • On-call responsibilities: Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
  • Cleanliness and supply management: Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Patient transportation: Transport patients as needed.
  • Additional duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
