Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead complex development projects from concept to stabilization. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive project plans, financing strategies, and construction oversight.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in real estate development, including leadership roles. Deep understanding of the full development process, including land use, entitlements, permitting, and design-build management, is required.
This role involves serving as the primary liaison with lenders, investors, and funding agencies. You will oversee all aspects of financial modeling, proforma development, and funding applications. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams, are essential.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median annual salary for Senior Project Managers in the United States is $115,000. However, salaries can range from $90,000 to $130,000 per year depending on the location and employer.
