- Minimum one year of professional experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and developing a treatment plan to meet their needs.
- Develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Assess patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
