Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Marketplace Foods. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of pharmacy staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the pharmacy department's daily operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, federal, state, and local laws governing the practice of retail pharmacy.
  • Work closely with the pharmacy, store, and district managers to coordinate site and company initiatives in support of strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and train a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and clerks.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
  • Have excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
