Resident Care Associate

At Phoenix Senior Living, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Associate to join our team. As a Resident Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents and their families.
Job Summary:The Resident Care Associate is responsible for providing hands-on care, physical and emotional support to residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and services while maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Personalized Service Plans (PSPs) in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide physical and emotional support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
- Conduct daily checks on residents to ensure their safety and well-being, including monitoring for changes in condition and reporting any concerns to supervisors.
- Participate in activities and events that promote resident engagement and socialization.
- Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- High school education or equivalent required; previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to perform personal care aspects of the RCA position.
- Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours, available to our customers at peak service delivery days and times.
