**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team in Sterling, VA. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $140,000 per year.

As a Cybersecurity Engineer at SAIC, you will be responsible for designing and developing secure software applications, including middleware applications, user interface applications, and web services applications. You will also work closely with our development team to ensure that all software solutions meet the highest security standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop secure software applications using .Net frameworks.
  • Develop and integrate with PostgreSQL server databases.
  • Manage software testing activities to include data setup, defect troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Provide Tier 3/4 engineering support for solutions deployed to production.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience with middleware and user interface driven applications.
  • Web Services development experience.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills.
  • Multi-threaded applications; Exception handling.
  • AWS experience.
  • Javascript, Vue.js, C#, .NET Core, Web API, Visual Studio code, Jenkins, Gitlab, xUnit, SonarQube.
