This pivotal role is part of the Cybersecurity, Intelligence and Services (CIS) business, which delivers top-notch full-spectrum cyber, data operations, systems integration, and intelligence mission support services to meet customers' most demanding challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and transformational skills, with the ability to consult with customers, diagnose pain points, and develop creative solutions that leverage IIS traditional offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write technical solutions for complex proposals, demonstrating high ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness
- Act as the program technical SME, providing direct support and leadership for technical proposal development, and systems delivery results within complex mission IT environments
- Collaborate with customers to develop technology roadmaps and solve critical pain points

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of applicable experience in developing and writing technical solutions for complex proposals
- Excellent background in architecting and designing solutions, and systems integration, as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for proposals and enterprise program delivery for customers
- Ability to convert technical bid solutions into new or improved, re-usable and re-sellable offerings
