Key Qualifications for the Commercial Real Estate Attorney:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing transactions related to industrial, construction, and commercial real estate within a law firm setting.
- Experience should include lease negotiations, client representation in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, site selection, acquisition due diligence, title and survey examination, zoning, land use, and entitlement matters, as well as real estate financing.
- Possession of an active Michigan bar license, in good standing.
- Demonstrated strong writing and research capabilities.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a talent for managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 30 pounds.
- Resumes should reflect relevant experience in commercial real estate.
Compensation: The pay rate for temp-to-hire roles ranges from $65 to $84 per hour, based on experience.
Upon conversion to a direct hire position, the firm offers:
- Annual performance-based bonuses.
- A salary range of $145,000 to $180,000.
- A comprehensive benefits package.
