Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school setting. As a Full-Time Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to students in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including therapy sessions, consultations, and training for staff
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments through ongoing education and professional development

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist
  • California state OT licensure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
