Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans to meet the needs of our patients.
- Provide individualized treatment to patients, utilizing a variety of modalities and techniques.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and communication.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy.
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state as applicable.
