Responsibilities
Store food, beverages, and supplies in designated containers and areas according to policies and procedures.
Assist with sanitation duties, including dishwashing and maintaining work and food service areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
Ensure patients have the appropriate menu completed and follow up on questionable food choices.
Assist with preparing food and beverages for distribution to patients, guests, service/dining areas, and catering services.
Store food, beverages, and supplies in proper storage of food deliveries.
Restock patient serving area and assist in proper storage of food deliveries.
Requirements
Previous food service experience preferred.
NM Food Handler's card must be obtained within thirty (30) days from hire.
