We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Project Patch, a non-profit Christian-based residential treatment center for adolescents.

About the Role:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family counseling and teach DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) to support the emotional and behavioral well-being of our clients.
  • Implement Trauma-Informed Care in sessions and support TIC facility-wide, with training provided.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
