Competitive Salary: $42.50-$55 per hour (dependent on experience and location)

About the Job

As a Senior LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality post-acute care to residents, monitoring their physical and mental well-being, and tracking vital signs. You will also perform intakes of residents, document their health concerns and medical histories, review medical records and charts, administer medications, and maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies.

You will contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents, assist with IV setup, vaccinations, and phlebotomies, and be accountable for following and adhering to care plans for residents. Additionally, you will help medical staff with orientation and training.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • H.S. diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
