The Tire Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. Reporting to the Store & Service Managers, this individual oversees the day-to-day activities of their assigned stores, aligning with company strategy and initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Execution: Ensure seamless execution of sales processes, adhering to industry-leading standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Customer Interaction: Directly engage with customers to address sales, service, and opportunity-related queries, adjusting as needed.
- Team Motivation: Foster a highly motivated team environment, promoting efficiency and excellence.
- Tire Inventory Management: Manage tire inventory, purchase tires outside, and adhere to parts and Tire Purchase Program guidelines.
- Store Safety: Ensure store safety, including proper use and maintenance of safety equipment.
- Credit Card Programs: Oversee credit card programs and market share.
- Store Appearance: Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and update in-store marketing materials.
- KPIs: Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management/company directives.
- Wheel Torqueing: Enforce wheel torqueing practices among personnel.
- Inspections: Verify proper inspections are conducted.

Physical Requirements:
This role demands:
- Prolonged standing, stooping, and bending.
