ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Avance Consulting is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing ITOM solutions using industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
  • Develop and customize patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and Event rules to meet client requirements.
  • Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring tools, automate alerts, and manage applications using OOB plugins and API methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs, and more.
  • Manage MID Server experience and ensure smooth ServiceNow ITOM solution implementation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation.
  • Proven track record of implementing ITOM solutions using industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of ITOM concepts, including probes, sensors, and Event rules.
  • Experience with OOB plugins and API methods for integrating ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
