Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

Niagara Bottling is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Lancaster plant. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment
  • Review and approve preventative maintenance documents
  • Schedule and manage preventative maintenance activities
  • Lead a team of maintenance workers to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Interface with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met
  • Develop and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment
  • 4 years of experience in a position of leadership or management
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment
  • 6 years of experience in a position of leadership or management
Competencies:
