Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care services, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our members.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineers, designers, nurses, health coaches, and medical assistants to develop and implement new technologies and protocols that improve patient care and outcomes.
- Lead and Mentor Medical Staff: Supervise and guide other medical staff to ensure they're providing the highest level of care, in accordance with their duties and obligations.
- Drive Innovation and Improvement: Actively participate in the development of new technologies and protocols to enhance patient care and outcomes, and contribute to the growth and success of Forward.

- MD or DO degree
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- 1+ years of experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- CA licensed
The base salary range for this full-time position is $185,000-$270,000, plus equity and benefits. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the value we place on our employees' skills, experience, and contributions.
