About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Dialysis Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and patient observations.
  • Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, ensuring accurate and efficient treatment.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with patients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and treatment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or state-approved equivalent) for experienced PCTs.
  • BLS/CPR certification for experienced PCTs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

$29.21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
