Job Summary

At Med Center Health, we are seeking a skilled Medical Monitor Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Monitor Specialist, you will be responsible for performing receptionist and clerical duties, as well as monitoring telemetry on assigned patient care units. You will observe and evaluate cardiac arrhythmias, responding appropriately to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform receptionist and clerical duties, including greeting patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor telemetry on assigned patient care units, observing and evaluating cardiac arrhythmias.
  • Escalate information in a timely manner to the appropriate individuals.
  • Ensure proper assimilation of information between hospital personnel, nursing staff, and others.
  • Execute various departmental functions, such as storage of supplies, ordering, and receipt.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and proper use of equipment necessary to perform job duties.

Requirements
  • Previous healthcare or clerical experience preferred.
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • No certifications or licensure required.
