Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in networking projects to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Plan, test, implement, and support the enterprise infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
  • Respond to issues and user requests in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing software tools to resolve problems.
  • Prepare and present system status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Install, evaluate, and test system upgrades to ensure compatibility and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot issues and monitor overall performance after system upgrades to ensure optimal results.
  • Establish application system backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting infrastructure applications.
  • Networking experience in technologies such as Cisco DNA, Cisco Prime, Cisco APIC, Cisco 9300s, Cisco 8500s, Express routing, Azure networking, network topology design, and network scaling.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for information systems and infrastructure applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
