About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Service Department Manager to join our team at Rockstar Powersports Brooksville. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and support staff to provide exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Department Leadership: Manage and direct the activities of the service department to ensure efficient operations, high-quality work, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, dependable, and high-quality powersports service to internal and external customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our dealership.
  • Team Development: Supervise and motivate a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve profitability, and enhance the overall performance of the service department.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ Years' Experience: Proven experience working in a powersports or automotive service department, with a strong background in leadership and management.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of powersports products, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft, as well as experience with point-of-sale and parts and service management computer software.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
Benefits & Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
