Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Department Lead to join our team at Rockstar Powersports Brooksville. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing top-notch customer service. Your primary focus will be on achieving maximum profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate service schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the service department.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, parts, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and aligned goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a service management role, preferably in the powersports industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding service targets, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and empower team members, and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale and parts management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive applications.
